We’re excited to introduce a fresh new look for ILLiad, the software that powers our interlibrary loan requests. Thanks to the efforts of Matthew Hartman, the ILLiad interface now mirrors the design of our library web pages. This update aims to create a smoother and more seamless experience for our users.
One noticeable change is the simplified request form. Our goal is to make the process of submitting interlibrary loan requests much easier and straightforward for all our patrons. We also want to extend our gratitude to Tim Kohn and Jessica Infanzon, who played significant roles in designing and testing the new ILLiad interface. Their contributions have been invaluable in shaping this new and improved experience for everyone.
